If a stocked ZipShip label or tag doesn't solve your particular needs, Zebra offers custom converting capabilities. We carry an extensive library of more than 10,000 standard dies (rectangular shaped) for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive labels. Or, if needed, we can produce new dies quickly and economically.
Zebra can pre-print any information, including corporate logos and product illustrations, on nearly any material. Six-colour pre-printing in Pantone Matching System® (PMS) inks is available. Also, most materials can be floodcoated to produce coloured labels. All of our inks are compatible with thermal transfer printing.

Sizes and Shapes
We maintain an extensive library of standard dies for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive labels. These dies range in shape and size to produce anything from tiny, round-edge jewellery hangtags to large chemical drum labels. We can often save you the time and expense of having to create a new die by using one that exists in our vast library of rotary dies. But if necessary, we can produce a new die quickly and economically.
Pre-printed Labels and Tags
Zebra can pre-print information—corporate logos in custom colours, company address, product illustrations, or standardised forms on nearly all of our materials. Simply provide Zebra with camera-ready or computer artwork and we'll print to your specifications using up to six Pantone Matching System (PMS) inks. We can also floodcoat materials to produce coloured labels.
Adhesives
Zebra offers a variety of adhesives to meet your application requirements. Some are permanent; others are removable, patterned, or tamper-evident. We'll recommend an adhesive that will work with your facestock, in your environment, on your labelling surface.
